End to End Quality Requirements Management

The system provides a structured Quality Requirements module where you can centrally manage all quality related requirements and categorize them by Main Type, for example Procedures and Processes, Equipment and Machinery, or Customer Requirements.

Progress Tracking: Each requirement is linked to a Progress Type (Pending / In Progress / Completed), giving managers real time visibility into task completion status.

Multi Dimensional Filtering: Filter by Detailed Type (e.g., Audit, Quality Manual, Customer Review) and Priority to quickly focus on the most critical items.

Timeline Control: Each requirement includes a Publication Date and Target Date, ensuring important deadlines aren't missed.

Inspection Execution and Batch Traceability

The Quality Control module supports batch level inspection recording. Using Raw Steel Beam as an example:

Batch Level Records: Each incoming batch or finished batch has its own inspection record.

Pass Fail Determination, results are clearly marked. For failed batches, the system requires recording the specific failing variable, for example Width out of tolerance, providing data for root cause analysis.
